5 HEALTHY & DELICIOUS LEMONADE RECIPES





BLACKCURRANT LEMONADE:


Ingredients:

-2 lemons + 1 lime, juice of

-1 cup blackcurrant

-honey to taste

-water to fill up


Instructions:

1.Squeeze out the juice of 2 lemons + 1 lime

2.Add 1 cup of blackcurrants and a little water to a pot and bring to a simmer. Mash them as much as you can, they will release more juice when heated up.

3.Add the lemon and lime juice to a pitcher, then the blackcurrants as well (no need to strain).

4.Add honey or sweetener of choice.

5.Fill it up with water and enjoy!



🍒CHERRY LEMONADE


Ingredients:

-2 cups cherries

-1 tbsp coconut oil

-coconut sugar

-1 lime, juice of

-1 cup water

-4-5 lemons, juice of

-water to fill up


Instructions:

1.Add 2 cups of cherries to a baking tray, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and the juice of a lime, and sprinkle them with coconut sugar. Bake at 200 C for about 25-30 mins.

2.Pit the cherries if they were not pitted before.

3.Add them to a blender with 1 cup of water and the juice of 4-5 limes. Blend well and transfer to a pitcher.

4.When ready to serve, fill the glasses half way with the cherry juice and fill up with water.

5.Add some ice cubes if you want and enjoy!



RASPBERRY CHIA LEMONADE


Ingredients:

-1 cup water + 3 tbsp chia seeds

-1 cup green tea

-1/4 cup water

-1 cup raspberries

-1/2 cup lemon juice

-2-3 tbsp honey


Instructions:

1.To a glass or bowl add the water and the chia seeds, mix well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

2.Make a cup of green tea.

3.Add ¼ cup water and 1 cup of raspberries to a pot and bring to a simmer to release the juice.

4.Strain and add the juice to a pitcher with ½ cup of lemon juice, the green tea, the chia water and 2-3 tablespoons of honey.

5.Fill the pitcher with more water if you want, stir well and let it chill in the fridge.

6.Don’t forget to always stir before pouring into glasses. Enjoy!


🌱MATCHA LEMONADE


Ingredients:

-3 cups water

-1 tbsp matcha powder

-2 tbsp honey

-1 cup lemon juice

-6 cups water


Instructions:

1.To a pot add 3 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of matcha powder and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix until the honey dissolves.

2.Add it to a pitcher along with 1 cup of lemon juice and 6 cups of water.

3.Chill in the fridge for a few hours then enjoy!


PASSIONFRUIT LEMONADE


Ingredients:

-2-3 lemons, juice of

-4 passion fruits

-1-2 tbsp honey

-water to fill up


Instructions:

1.Squeeze the juice of 2-3 lemons.

2.Add the pulp of the passion fruits to a pitcher with the lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoons of honey.

3.Fill it up with water, stir well and let it chill a few hours. Then enjoy!
