HEALTHY STRAWBERRY GUMMY BEARS

These gummy bears are so easy to make, they are 100% healthy and taste super good! You can make these with any kind of fruit juice, fresh is best!

Ingredients:

-fresh strawberry juice, about a cup

-1, 1 ½ teaspoon Agar, or flavorless gelatin

-honey to taste

Instructions:

1.Heat up a saucepan, add in a little water and chopped strawberries (add as many as you like, but at least 2 cups). Bring to a boil and let it soften for 10 minutes. Grab a strainer and try to squeeze out as much juice as you can from the strawberries.

2. Another option is to add the strawberries to a blender with a little water and blend well, then strain. Or just buy fresh, organic strawberry juice if you can find.

3.Add the strawberry juice back to a saucepan along with the agar and honey, and simmer for 2 minutes.

4.Take your gummy bear mold and fill it up with the juice.

5.Refrigerate for a few minutes, take out the gummy bears and repeat the process if you have more juice.

6.Best is to keep them in the fridge and consume withing a couple of days.
