Greek yogurt has much higher amount of protein than milk. It is packed with probiotics which are healthy bacteria that can help boost your immune system and decrease stomach issues. They are also very high in calcium which is key to building strong muscles and bones and helping your vital organs function well.
Grapefruit is low in calories and also provides a significant amount of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It’s great for weight loss, may help reduce insulin resistance, which can lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, may improve heart health and reduce the risk of kidney stones.
Lavender, since ancient times, has been used to treat many different ailments, including: mental health issues, anxiety ,insomnia, depression, headaches, hair loss, nausea, skin irritations. Lavender tea and extracts may help promote sleep, skin health, boost mood, and soothe anxiety.
Pistachios are high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants. They also boast several other important nutrients, including vitamin B6 and potassium. They might help lower blood sugar, promote blood vessel health, lower cholesterol and aid weight loss.
Let’s make some strawberry popsicles!
🍓 1 STRAWBERRY COCONUT POPSICLES
-1 cup strawberries
-1/2 cup coconut milk
-1 tablespoon honey
Topping: date syrup + shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
2. Add the mixture to the popsicle molds.
3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
4. When ready to serve, pop them out from the molds and you may top with some date syrup and shredded coconut.
TIP: To help the popsicles come out easier from the molds, place them under hot running water (only the bottom, not the top) for just a few seconds.
🍓 2 STRAWBERRY GRAPEFRUIT POPSICLES
-1/2 cup strawberries
-juice of 1/2 grapefruit
-honey to taste
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
2. Add the mixture to the popsicle molds.
3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
4. When ready to serve, pop them out from the molds and enjoy!

🍓 3 STRAWBERRY YOGURT POPSICLES
Yogurt layer:
-4 tablespoon greek yogurt
-2-3 tablespoon honey
Strawberry layer:
-1/2 cup strawberries
- little nut milk to help blend (about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
1. Place the strawberries and milk in a blender and blend until combined.
2. To make the yogurt layer simply combine the greek yogurt with the honey.
3. Add the yogurt mixture to the bottom of the popsicle molds.
4. Fill up the molds with the strawberry layer.
5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
6. When ready to serve, pop them out from the molds and enjoy!

🍓 4 STRAWBERRY LAVENDER POPSICLES
Lavender syrup:
-1 cup cocont sugar
-1 cup water
-2 tablespoon dried lavender
Banana layer:
-1/2 mashed banana
-1 tablespoon greek yogurt (optional)
-a little coconut milk
-1 tablespoon lavender syrup
Strawberry layer:
-1 cup strawberries
-2-3 tablespoon lavender syrup
-a little coconut milk
Instructions:
For the lavender syrup:
1. Bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of coconut sugar to a boil.
2. Add in 2 tablespoons of dried lavender. (from lavender tea)
3. Simmer for a few minutes and let cool.
4. Strain and keep in a little bottle or any airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
For the popsicle:
1. Mash ½ banana with a fork.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients for the banana layer and mix well until combined.
3. Place the strawberries ,milk and lavender syrup in a blender and blend until combined.
4. Add the strawberry lavender mixture to the bottom of the popsicle molds, then add the banana layer and finish up with a thinner strawberry lavender layer.
5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
6. When ready to serve, pop them out from the molds and enjoy!

🍓 5 STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO BUTTER POPSICLES
Strawberry layer:
-1 cup strawberries mixed with raspberries
-1/2 banana
-1 tsp honey
Pistachio butter layer:
-pistachio butter (use as much as you like)
Instructions:
1. Place the strawberries, raspberries, banana and honey in a blender and blend until combined.
2. Add the pistachio (or any other nut butter) vertically to half part of the popsicle molds.
3. Fill up the other half part with the strawberry mixture.
4. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
5. When ready to serve, pop them out from the molds and enjoy!
