HEALTHIER FALL SNACKS
1. MAPLE NUTS & CEREAL
What is fall without maple flavor? Spice up your plain nuts with some maple flavor. And for some extra crunchiness, vitamins and fiber toss in some cereals as well (if using a healthier version of your regular cereal). Plus, toasted nuts taste so much better than raw ones. You should definitely give this snack a try, you will love it!
Ingredients:
-nuts of choice (like cashews, pecans, almonds..)
-cereal of choice (we used wholegrain buckwheat Oās, maple flavored)
-maple syrup
Instructions:
1.Heat up a skillet* and add in the nuts. Toast them for a few minutes until golden brown.

4.Let them cool, then transfer to your favorite bowl.
5.Serve warm, they taste so much better.
*You could toast your nuts in the oven as well, just keep an eye on them not to burn. Skillet version is easier J
